Getting the number right

The one thing that trips people up: the number must be in international format — country code first, then the number, no leading zeros from your local dialing habits. A UK number like 07700 900123 becomes 447700900123; a US number like (704) 555-0123 becomes 17045550123. Paste it however you like — with spaces, dashes, or a plus sign — and the generator strips the formatting for you.
